I was looking at getting a new tc and came across this used one near where i live. I am interested in it any advice or is this a good price for a used one. THanks

It is the standard stall 800/300 that ships with all of Goerend's high end transmissions. It has the billet cover and triple disc lock up clutches. I'll try to get pictures up ASAP. The convertor is now at my house in Rio Rancho and includes the Grade 8 flexplate to convertor bolts.

well...be leery of any used TC IMHO. i guess i'd get ahold of goerends and see if they'll transfer the warranty first. if they do make this guy provide all the reciepts and bs. if that all flies then i'd def consider it.

i agree, used TC's i would be a bit leery of..
check the fluid for good color and smell it and see if it smells burnt.
if the TC is no good could kill yer whole tranny. if it's installed.

my self personally. i would buy and use alot of used parts, but a TC. i wouldn't. i know they aren't cheep. but i would buy a new one.
