Turbo Leaks
ok so I figured out my low boost issue... It's not my boots that were an issue, it's the bolts on the back side of the compressor housing. I pressure tested it and used soapy water and had bubbles all over.
Now my question is should I try to take the back off and see if there is a gasket or something or just send it back to BD?
HELP!

well I finally talked to someone yesterday. He told me that if it was leaking at the back of the compressor housing that it would only result in 1-2 psi loss? Seems to me that would be the most important part. An once again I got the same story "well we never get issues with this turbo" blah blah blah. I started doubting the truck again that it might be something I overlooked or missed until I put the stock one back on. What do you know; 40#'s just like the good days. So would you not agree with me that it HAS to be the turbo?
Its on the way back to them. Just sucks because I didnt have anything here to put it in to send back so to get box and wrapping and freight to WA was nearly $140. This dang thing has costs too much time and money. And when I get it back I will have to cut the exhaust back again to put it back on.
just got an email saying that the warranty has expired. They can only look at it and tell me what to do to fix it. I think they are looking at the time for my first one. But it's one thing to cancel my warranty I'd I came to them one year later, but this has been an ongoing situation fir months. You would think they might help out. Or tell me it's up before I paid to have the damn thing sent up there for them to say it's something else.
