Default continues

the drama continues. They told me they would contact me as soon as the recieved it and the would take it to the shop that day. They recieved it on the 25th and I still have not heard anything... they have probably already forgot about my issues. "hmmmm, where did this come from?"...

Well i guess i wont buy from them either. A company is only as good as its customer service.

I just got a reply and it sounds like an excuse to me like they will get around to it whenever they want. "your turbo must have got here during our inventory. We will get to it as soon as possible". Wow. Thanks alot..

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

I asked they for a partial refund and they still gave me the warranty speach. In this instance why can't they be like the dealer? My sunroof kept leaking near the end of the truck warranty. I asked they if it kept leaking g was I gonna have to start paying? They said since it was been "noted as problematic" that they would handle it even after it was up. You might think while I'm on the phone with them they could make a side note they we have been trying to work with it. Gosh it's a f~€£!^g nightmare! The best thing since I've taken that one off is I haven't had any check engine lights. And my mpg is up. This past weekend I averaged 20 mpg on a half tank. That was even after a few runs on the drag strip.

Well I just got a call from them and they said everything is normal. They still say that leaks at the bolts would only be minimal boost loss. They are gonna put some sealent on the bolts. What a waste of shipping it up there money and all the other bs. They don't know why I was getting so many codes either. Since I switched them I haven't got any!!!

BD is fairly new to the scene, but that's no excuse to be a total bunch of morons that don't care about the customer.
