so we figured out the bug. the fuel control actuator is acting up. put the stock one in and the stutter went away.. awaiting new modified one now..

 

KEWLNESS!! Still gonna have to mess with the torque management tables though.

 

the bully dog has a program that eliminates torque management

 

It doesnt completely deal with it but as far as a programmer goes the Bully Dog and PPE do probably the best job. Dont think anyone will ever completely get rid of it because there are some tables that are locked and hidden.

 

OK after a WHOLE TON of problems the day of the dyno. we had NO time to street play with it as it rained since we finished it..(5hours before we put it on the dyno) first things first, ats co pilot didnt like lock up switch wired in with it and wouldnt hold it in 4th so had to dyno in 3rd.. then the nitrous selinoid stuck open lucky we chacked it when the truck WASNT running. replaced it but was a smaller selinoid.. (200 shot max) on fuel only it was WAYYYY over fueled i mean LOTS as we figured.. 570hp to the tire on fuel, 1000egts max on spray it made 642hp. it got beat out by one of DD's dmaxes buddys who put spray on the night after we dynoed he laid 668 on spray. the truck has an easy 650hp on #2 in it. just have to do some fine tuning. we will dyno it again real soon once we get the bugs out.

 

Those be some good numbers brotha. Sort out the bugs and it sounds like a new member of the 700 club.
