WOW...post up your prediction AFTER the guy already stated what it layed down?? Wish I could do that on my fantasy football league. BTW- all a DMAX needs to run in the mid 600's to 700's is EFI Live, lift pump and tranny.

your leaving out after 600hp its a gt40r (or two), duel fuelers, billet rods, and 3 stages a spray and oh yea $40k... jk DD

we are woking some bugs out with the truck right now. seems to have a defueling sorta issue and cant pin point the problem.....

uuummmm....NOT. There are plenty of DMAX's out there making over 700hp with no spray, single CP3, mild turbo and stock internals. Pat McSwain has done it time and time again.

BTW- the DMAX and Cummins are very similar in tuning technique due to the fuel systems being almost identical. On the DMAX the defueling problem was fixed in the torque management tables but its not easy because we dont have access to all of them. I'm suspecting the Cummins is going to have the same or similar issue.

definately capable but i hear about 90% of them letting a rod go about 650hp. there are 3 of them all over 600hp in my kneck of the woods here. im pretty good friends with them guys. efi live is definetly god. i also have 2 dmax's o2 and 07 classic

Most of those that were shrinking the #8 rod at over 650 was because they were spraying it later down the track. There are a few that windowed the block without spray but seemed to be limited to the LLY and LB7's that were thrashed pretty hard at the track and towed on a regular basis. Pat has proven that a properly tuned and maintained DMAX can live at 700 without major internals but its still a matter of time before it cracks. The build of choice is the LB7 block with LLY heads and LBZ pistons and rods but the aftermarket has finally stepped in and successfully designed some beefy race internals. Hence Nasty Girls 10.35 et at over 1000hp on a daily street driven truck.
