I have one in my truck, although I did not put it in my self, but I have to say that it has not slipped once!

easy, same as a single except you have 2 discs, not real difficult at all, hydros are a little more involved since the tight space under the dash and by the firewall. As long as you take your time its really a Remove and reinstall. Chad

Piece of cake to install, just remember to take your time. I think we did mine in about 6 hours.

I watched mine done at Val Air. Only reason I had them do it was because they did it for free. Said they needed a truck to take pics of for an instruction manual. Looked easy, and it was done on the floor without a lift. Took about 4 hours. Only thing that might be hard to do (if its not already done before shipping your clutch out) is aligning the 2 disks after the pressure plate is bolted down. They had a tool to take squeeze the pressure plate to make it easy. Simple and she bites like nothing Ive ever driven. The truck now fries the tires slamming 6th on the strip.

And remember, they ain't light... I'm built pretty well, but holding that whole assembly up there and trying to thread the bolts in wasn't happening... I had to call a buddy over to thread a couple bolts in while I held the clutch up to the flywheel. Of course, I don't have a lift, so I had to do it all on my back, but still not a hard install.
