Smarty gets my vote Scott! BD has a new box out:

http://www.bd-power.com/ram/product....%20Plus&tt=ram

This thing looks freak'n awesome! I was looking @ one, but they don't have one for the 06 yet.

I need to remember that they have different features for various years when posting. The version I have doesn't monitor fuel pressure.

The alerts for the '06 version are
  • EGT
  • Boost
  • Engine Temp
  • Transmission Temp
  • Speed

Another feature which may be useful once in awhile is the performance tests 0-60 and 1/4 mile . Although, I haven't messed with it much and don't know what versions have this feature.

Tye, I really like that BD box, and the price is cheaper than the smarty. As far as turbo timer setup on the Juice with attitude, thats not something I need, as the truck is a 6 spd, and if I get the EGT's that warm, I will just wait in the truck with it idling until it cools down. So, now the choices are the new BD power box, smarty and Edge Juice.

Its not necessarily a competition between the three.. I wanna know what others have, and what they like about them. Ive heard good things about the TST as well.

Van Aaken is close to releasing fully customizable computer Programming. It is supposedly like the EFI Live programming for the Duramax. I have seen some dyno numbers from the beta testers and it looks pretty promising. Look into the Van Aaken C5.

I vote Smarty, gives you room to grow and supposed to be undetectable. Oh yeah the power is awesome too.

If you get the Juice and need to do another EGT hole why not move you analog to Post Turbo and use the juice in Pre Turbo
