Need help.. what a great day I'm having mind you I have the flu anyway..

2005 dodge ram 2500 QCSB. I noticed while coming home from work sick as a dog my truck was making a rythymic clunking on decel under 20mph. Sounds like it's coming from the passenger side rear. My suspicion is a wheel bearing. Any thoughts or ideas? Braking doesn't make it louder or quieter stays the same. It's right around 20-25 to stop regardless if I'm on the gas brake or coasting. After that it goes away.

Ended up being an axle. Passenger side front axle u joint was completely wasted. The dealer was actually surprised it didn't seize up. Oops.
