Default Turbo too big?

Hey guys, doing a full build on my truck.... Looking at a s471 (71mm) but i've heard it takes too long to light.

I'm doing 250 horse injectors, IDI Dual CP3 pump, intake, and stainless 2nd gen header.

Current mods -

Unknown injectors (Slight haze at idle, no way of telling size)
EFI Live from CumminsTuner
Suncoast M3GA 2 Trans (stock converter for now, adding a billit shaft later)

What is your opinion on this setup? What do you run, and what do you think?

Way to big you will hate it unless the truck is a dedicated puller? What truck do you have? Your sig says 6.0?! What are your plans? Injectors are big and will smoke alot!
