Default NEW INJECTORS OR NEW INJECTOR NOZZLES???

I'm wanting to get 90HP or 100HP injectors, but I see that I can either purchase new injectors or injector nozzles. What are your thoughts/opinions on just replacing the injector nozzles rather than the whole injectors?

If your currently injectors are fine then you can just change nozzles.

To the best of my knowledge, my injectors are good...at least they were working fine before I tore down the engine. What would a bad injector look like, visually? How often (miles) would one need to replace the entire injector?

Honestly it's just a hit and miss. I've seen them go bad at 40k miles and I've seen them go 200k+.

Send them in for testing and if bad buy NEW ones not rebuilt ones! Also put a 2 micron filter before the CP3!~

Ok, this information pretty much summed up my decision, and I greatly appreciate it. The injectors I have, have not been replaced in over 220K miles, so I'm just gonna go ahead and replace the whole injectors rather than just the nozzle. I'd hate to finish the rebuild only to jack with injectors within a few miles down the road.
Thanks again guys

Go with new injectors and not remans.

New injectors or genuine bosch remans are best. If you want nozzles installed on your injectors and having them tested we can do that at our facility.
