Gentlemen,
I just purchased a '01 E350 with only 93k original miles on it. I have been searching in the forum for general information on the maint. side of things and have a couple questions. Tried using the search option as well but, Are all the capacities for the drivetrain the same on E and F series models? Can you guys point me in the right direction for oil/trans fluids capacities, filters, and type I should be using on this vehicle. The previous owner slacked on doing maint. and now I would like do whatever suggestions I can get from here to get it cleaned up. The radiator fluid is just full of crud. Any additives that I can add to the fuel to help as well on that side? thanks. I will continue to search but would like to purchase oil/trans filters and fluids today, along with whatever else....?

 

So I found one of the owner manual s which states, this '01 7.3l holds 15quarts of 15w-40. Whichbrand of oil do these prefer delo, rotella, or??
