Default south bend clutch master cylinder

hello i need some help with a problem i think my clutch master cylinder has went out but im not sure, the clutch wont disengage the petal is soft, its full of fluid it has no leaks any where, its a south bend clutch double disk clutch it wont rattle with the petal pushed in the throwout bearing makes a little noise but not that much, could it be the master cylinder or is my clutch mest up and needing rebuilt, im lost i dont want to spend the money for a new master if its the clutch, is there rebuild kits a man can get for the master cylinder to rebuild it? or can a man just get the master cylinder by its self for it?its only been hook to the sled a few times in its life and not neglected.
