what power upgrades should i get?

I'd get 200hp injectors, most guys running 64mm turbos go with 7x.012 (200hp) injectors. Buy whole bodies, not nozzles. Luke (Diesel Dawgs) sells a damn good injector at a good price.
Tranny should be triple disc converter, billet input shaft, flexplate, all the little stuff you can get billet like servo, accumulator, actuator, hd band, anchor, etc... No point in skimping on the tranny if you have the money because any corners you cut may cost you bigtime later on.

yes i plan on getting the airdog 165 would that be enough? and im not sure what my fuel pressure/WOT is at at idle what does it need to be at? if i get the 150hp injectors would i need nozzles? this is clearly the first time ive done this if you haven't noticed by now haha
Injectors and nozzles are commonly misunderstood. Every injector has a nozzle. The nozzle is what is changed to add more flow, equaling more power. You can buy nozzles, and have a diesel shop swap them from your existing injectors, or buy complete injectors.
As for that last sentence, I may have had a feeling this was the first time. I hope my comments above don't seem rash, they are only to help you build a truck properly. As always, everything I post is in my own opinion.
