I noticed today that my airdog 150 does not cycle when i turn the key. i check the relay and the fues on the inline and there both good. then i unplugged the two connectors one comming from airdog motor and other from wire harness and they smelt burnt strong odor. I called airdog and there sending me a new motor for the airdog, but if its not the motor what could it be?

 

Shorted wire in ur harness. Air dog is pretty good at gettin u wat need on warranty
