Default pinned fuel pressure gauge

would anyone know why my fuel pressure gauge would be pinned at 30psi at idle? Normally its between 15 to 20psi at idle and when your in the pedal it goes down to normal but let off, back to 30psi. if it helps it has a stock lift pump with 20k on it

normally those spikes are caused by clogged fuel filter or some serious restriction somewhere else

Pressure regulator stuck in the return fitting, perhaps.

Verify with another pressure guage (mechanical)...bypass the isolator if you are using one
