It could have an aftermarket valve body in it. When I looked at this a few moths ago, there was a not on it that said you "MUST use our valve body as well to lockup".

I'm assuming they mean for it to lock up in 1st or 2nd. This is the VB they said it needed.

well i know i dont have the co pilot, but i might have a aftermarket v.b. ive never had the pan off so i honesty dont know, but it does lock up in second. would edge ez chip make it do that?
