I have a 94 crew cab 4x4 chevy with a 01 cummins with p-pump conversion . The turbo is the factory auto trans turbo . What is a suitable upgrade for this truck , the plate is out , and I think the turbo I have is the 9cm housing. It'll hit 35 psi. but the waste gate is wired closed , and it seems to run out of boost. Also , the head is studded , if it matters,. Thanks
