The check valve is on the return line for the injection pump.

No it is a banjo bolt on the return line from the vp.

Well what the hell is the guy talkign about with a t fitting then I finally found that and now I no what banjo bolt your talkin about I just need to replace it with a new one or what? Do these go bad often?

 

Yes they can go bad. I would only replace it if you know you have no fuel leaks, which would let air into the system causing hard start issues. If you are certain it is all good then yes I would replace it and see if that does the trick.

Did you ever get your fuel issues resolved? I just ordered an AD 165...
