im not but i know that i had to send mine out to a friend of mine to get it done cause it doesnt wanna work over windows vista. he had xp and it took us about 3 minutes to do it. i fooled around with it on mimne for hours with no luck. im pretty sure the problem is that the 7zip files arent supported by vista.

I updated my programmer last week, it was pretty easy, just download the new update, then download the drivers for what windows ur using, plug smarty into pc, when it asks to find drivers automatically or manual, do the manual and set it to where you saved the drivers, it shod install fine, then get back on the site and download the pc transfer tool and start it up, point it to where you saved the update and it should update, there should be instructions also on the site about how to update your smarty

bandit,
7zip works fine with vista and all other windows systems. but you need to download the program
7-Zip

then manually go into options and set it as default for all compression formats. works great!
