Does it tend to do this more when it is cold or does it do it all the time?

 

all the time.. its done the cutting out sence the day i put it on, but ince i put like 50 miles on it it stopped puffin smoke. and i drove it all last weekend and it turned over for like 2-3 seconds longer then it dose normally before it started like 3 times. all 3 times it was warmed up.

 

sound like vp44? ill find out tomm when i hook up the fuel pressure
