2 weeks after new lift pump got a 230 code

Not to my knowledge, no, the lift pump is controlled by the ECM, so maybe but i doubt it. The only thing electrical that maybe an issue is the Fuel pump relay in the relay center under the hood on the drivers side fender next to battery. I dont listen to dealers, heck I had one mechanic at my local dodge dealer tell me there wasnt a fuel pump on a cummins, just an injection pump Take my advice, get an aftermarket pump.

theres multiple ways. most effective is on the VP44 inlet line, theres a special banjo bolt that you have to have to tap into it. I personally ran mine from the filter housing into a autometer boost gauge mounted on my steer column, i had 50 buck in it and its just as accurate as a 200 dollar gauge. but if you run the line to the VP44, run a snubber to prevent the gauge from getting beat to death by the VP44
