Default minor mods

i'm looking at doing some mods to my truck but i'm not sure which brands on what products are the best bang for the buck. first i'd like to do injectors i hear southern diesel extreme is good and ddp i'm thinkin 150's havent heard much on jammer 5's? a new turbo is a must i have a pos hy35. i have a 47 re which i know will need parts with more power.i guess i'm just asking your guy's input on what good hp mods i could do without going over the top i'm shooting for around 6-650 horse

honestly build your trans first as you have enough to kill it now. with your hp goal you want billet input and output, valve body, triple disc converter, head studs you can roll in one at a time and down the road if it blows get it o-ringed. Jammers a cheap dirty injectors that make less power than advertised. I liked my ddp injectors and made 601 or something like that with a set of ddp comps and with compounds they are very daily driver friendly.

The trans is your weakest link. I am in the same boat! I actually am debating swapping for a Manual trans!
I heard BAD things about the Jammer injectors too! You may need bigger then 150s to get 650!
As for the turbo, I personally was planning on going with a twin kit. Either "Diesel Power Source" twin kit... Its not cheap but includes a top and bottom turbo. OR Diesel Auto Power's kit... Its like 1800$ and uses the stock turbo up top and comes with a bottom turbo.

I have only had edge injectors... never dynoed them either... but... i like them.. get ur trans done.... maybe a 66/71 turbo and some 150-200 horse sticks with a good tune on your ADR... head studs are a must.. u have no option there. get something comparable to this and it should **** and get..

Yessir the tranny should be the first to get modded. But imo thers nothin wrong with wanting the horsepower first. The first real mod i did on mine was a CAI that i made with a 40 dollar budget and it works great. Then i got my buddies ejwa now i need a much better lift pump than the one i have. I suggest you get one of those if you dont already have it so ya dont burn up your vp. Good luck with your project bud.
