I'd try 30, and make sure it does pull you out of fuel when it reaches 30. Then set it to 37, or 38.

You need a boost fooler, power puck does not have one. adrenaline, ejwa both have one. The computer will only allow like 24-25psi and it will defuel the truck to stay there. You should be good to run about 33psi with an hy and 35psi with an hx. After that you'll be pushing hot air.

And RAWilliams is right, 40-45lbs is all I'd run before studs... Although some retorque the stock head bolts and run more.. I think it is a risk.

Default adjustable boost elbow

I would recommend a programmer in addition to the elbow. I use a Superchips on Tow setting. I bought my boost elbow at www.boostelbows.com and I couldn't be happier. They will pre-adjust it for whatever gain you want. I got mine adjusted for a 7 psi gain ('03 2500) and went from 23 psi to 30 psi. It came with the thread sealant on it so it was an easy install. Took less than 10 minutes and I was good to go.

Am i doing something wrong? What should i check, and what kind of boost should i be seeing???
