Mine has been doing this for years. As soon as the temp hear drops below 40* it starts to do it. I have sent it back to Edge several times and it still does it. If you have the box on 0 or stock truck runs fine if you turn it on 1-6 it starts to miss, mine only misses when you are under a load. Hope someone figures it out been bugging me for a while now. I've cleaned and checked all connections cleaned, battery terminals, cleaned the plugs for injectors, all of these Edge told me to do....still does it.

How do you clean the plugs for the injectors?

Im not 100% sure if thats what the plugs are for. When I called and talked to Kelly at Edge (I dont think he works their any more). He told me that the 2 plugs that are located on the firewall on the drivers side right behind the motor had something to do with the injectors. So I took the apart and used electrical cleaner on them and put them back together. It dint help my surging at all and I dont know if thats what the plugs are for it's just what I was told.
