Its a rectangle plate held on with 6-8 bolts if I remember correctly. Its located on the side of the transmission. I placed my sender towards the bottom of the plate. If I get time I will snap a shot for you of mine 2morrow.

There is a fill on the passenger side. It is a plug you take out. The easiest way I have found to do it is to get some old air line hose (any similar sized hose will work that fits in the hole), make sure its nice and clean. Then route it up through the engine so you can have easy access to it then just cut the bottle top and put the hose on and let her rip. The manual will tell you what weight and how much fluid is needed, just look under capacities.

If your transmission is an NV5600 this link shows you the pto plate on the bottom black and white picture. Its the rectangle box on the drivers side.

You might wanna change that fluid once in a blue moon anyways.

if it was worth a damn at all, i'd have one in my ZF6. there's no point. there's only hard parts to break in there. And trust me, you wont need a sensor to tell you, you broke something.
