The secondary needs to be bigger in general. If you move 1 unit of air from the secondary, and your primary moves one unit of air, its nothing but more drive pressure. The secondary need to move more air to pressurize the inlet of your secondary, therefore compounding the airflow.

I'm trying to make time to get the new nozzles in, damn work is getting in the way. There is also the little voice in the back of my head that is saying "Hey! Your already making 57psi with your 65's on a stock head gasket and bolts! Are you seriously going to put your luck with 150's?" I usually ignore him (her).

Does anyone think I can use my exhaust brake as my hotpipe?

Thats going to be tricky. It is something I have thought of a few times. Cutting and welding will be involved for sure. Not only to get a T4 flange on the bottom to mount your secondary, but to get the proper angle and drop.
