There used to be a better one, but can't find the link ATM. Here's an option though:
IN-DASH INSTALLATION KIT - SINGLE ('99-'02 DODGE)-Dodge Cummins Diesel Truck Accessories – Geno’s Garage

Yep, right next to the passenger ABS switch, if your truck has one. There is also a mount almost the same, but angled towards the driver, which I like better, but can't seem to find a link for it currently. I have found that spot great for the tranny temp gauge.

I have the Raptor 150, Vulcan big line kit and draw straw. It's a great pump and it is adjustable. I have mine adjusted to 19 at idle. With my Edge juice on the highest setting the raptor does not go below 13 no matter how hard I try. Also, I've tried the DDRP and it did not hold the pressure well.

i have a raptor 150 set at 29psi for my p pump and ive never had a problem with it. i will eventually go with a MITUSA mechanical pump but for now, the Ratpro 150 is pretty sweet , def worth the money

A draw straw allows a larger volume of fuel to be pulled out of the fuel tank.
