Default AirDog II 165 problems

ok guys just got my ad hooked up and running, adjusted the regulator as stated by the directions, and my fuel pressure gauge is telling me i only have 3 lbs???????? i bled the line going from the ad to the vp, the pressure gauge going from the vp fitting to the gauge, no air, is my gauge bad, or my Ad bad, or something else?

What do you mean adjusted it per directions? It should had come set at 20psi. Have u every tried to turn it in (more pressure) when the pump is running to see if it climbs?

How much fuel is in the tank and I doubt a trip to the shop is needed.

only about 40 miles into a full tank so there is alot of fuel in there, and im starting to get very impatient which is a good sign its time to let him take a look at it. plus my tank guage isnt working and im tired of messing with everything

That woulda been time to fix the sending unit when the fuel module was out. Turn the key on bump the starter so the pump fires up and crank in the adjustable regulator and see if the pressure rises. I still think the gauge is the culprit
