Give me a call. 317-421-3180. Each pump must test out before being packaged. We will figure out how to get it going correctly. Shouldn't be a problem.

I think bumping the starter is a good idea, see if anything different happens when you do that. Few other questions about the install. Did you drop the tank or remove the bed to access/remove the fuel sending unit? Did/does the fuel module have an intank pump? Draw Straw of any type installed? Tried screwing the relief in more, and more? Double checked all connectors for tightness? Just trying to cover all the bases.

Yea i have double checked everything, it had an intank pump, and it had a draw straw. The draw straw was installed for the pos bd diesel lift pump that i put on because the in tank pump was failing. Im just to frustraited to look at it myself anymore, i know the guy at the local shop, great guy great shop he will look at it for me in a week or two, my guess is it has something to do with the gauge, the truck is running way to good to have the little fuel pressure that my gauge is reading.

as my patience is running thin its driving me nuts not knowing if i have the correct pressure, should i have put clamps on all the lines? Also i had forgot to mention that due to where i mounted my system, i had to use a 90 degree fitting going into the airdog would that restrict flow? all the demensions were the same as the original fitting only it is a 90 degree piece.

what exactly is a snubber?

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

ignore that, i looked it up, I had a snubber with the old BD Diesel lift pump, now i have the fittings that airdog gave me plus a russel adapter fitting that is tapped to allow me to hook up my gauge.
