Ya pretty much the lower the better, also depends on how much blow by you have because that will make you think you have low drive pressure but really its just because of your blow by. I would say if you are over 1.2 or 1.3 to 1 (higher number being drive pressure) I would be figuring out a way to externally wastegate or redo your piping to put the wastegate back in.
