The amount of Lag depends on the size of the Turbine Wheel.

Yes and the housing has a little bit to do with it as well. If it was a 12cm housing it would spool faster than a 14cm too

If it is a bigger wheel that seems laggy, could a smaller wheel be swapped into the current housing, and if so any idea what that would cost?

Says Schwitzer on the compressor housing, I assume it's an S300 based charger

Or BD. My Super B Special is a 64/71/14 and it also has the schwitzer name on the comp housing. Do you know if it has the plasma/laser cut BD Power plate on it?

Not sure, haven't seen it in a while, but I was looking on the site of the guy that I know for sure that the turbo came from, and while it appears the site may still be under construction, the only one I could find on the site was listed as a B-1, and the only specs I could find for it are 62/65/14. If this is what size this really is that should make it quicker to spool than what I previously thought right? I am getting it cheap enough, and it has low enough miles on it, that as soon as I get it, I'm going to take it to my guy to have him check it out, if he says it won't work for me, I have a buddy I can sell it to
