Default Where can I buy a southbend Clutch kit And Inputshaft for NV4500? Broke it today:(

I just broke my input shaft this morning.

I don't want to put the same thing in agian.
I heard southbend makes a doulble clutch kit for towing with a bigger input shaft for NV4500. Where can i get this kit if I am located in Millwakee WI?

Also, what other alternatives are there for the NV4500, Is there an automatic out there that would bolt up and be more reliable?

Thanks

Make sure u upgrade to the 1 3/8 input or plan on doing it again real soon!!!! I got mine back on the road not too long ago. South Bend did me real good. Thanks South Bend.

Probably every one of our sponsors will be able to get you a Southbend clutch.

Request a price quote right here:

Lots of built autos out there - but do you want to spend 5K+??

give southbend a call, ask to talk with peter, tell him exactly what you want, what your mods are if any and what the future plans are for your truck. he'll set you up with what you need and work with you on pricing some. theyll build it and ship it to your door. and no, auto is not going to be more reliable unless you spend 5-6 grand to beef it up and even then.

heres the number

Hi everyone! Sorry for digging up an old thread as I'm looking for clutch kit as well, just so lucky I get to see this thread. Is is just me or the number posted here is not working anymore?

dont even mess with southbend as they are actually made by valair. Go straight throught valair and matters what kind of ponies your pushing but they make one for everything and you cant beat there 13inch upgrade kit. They also sell 2 styles of input shafts matters what ya want and what your pushing for power but im pretty sure they even sell a triple disc setup now.

I believe your first statement is inaccurate. What makes you think valair makes south bend clutches?
