Default What Next?

Yeah. I just hate to defeat the purpose of the truck... I tow my offroading jeep on a car trailer, about prolly 7k lbs tops, and a boat. Not killer weight, but last time I towed, it was a disaster! I was watching my egt's and adjusting the entire way. If I'm not watching the temps I'll be running 1200 degrees on an incline and have to hold it there for minutes at a time... That spells disaster

The problem is your dirty injectors and the large turbo.

well 1200 is high. But i got a friend who is running between 1400-1600 with out towing anything. only diffrence is. is his is a 12v. well actually its not running right now his clutch is no more. i would go with the 150ddps

Default What Next?

Well I can easily hit 1400-1500 while not towing, but I'm just saying while I am towing, the pyro rests at 1100 to 1200 while on slight inclines. Holding that temp for a minute or 2 until ur up the hill is very rough

Yeah, my stocker hy35 ran 900's in the same situation though. It's just the backpressure from spooling that thing I guess...
