Here's all your info needed. https://www.dieselbombers.com/5-9l-r...-write-up.html

Works the same on our trucks. I'm holdin my opinion on this being a good or bad project till we hit some hot summer months and I test it out right.

I have had these on my truck for 2 years now and they are worth it 2 more miles per gallon qiucker warm ups and does just fine in the 100 degree heat even towing. These are what I have Flex-a-lite Diesel Truck Cooling Fan #262 but I would get them from a sponsor from here.I get 20 miles to the gallon.

Those fans are sweet but way out of my budget. Two Ford Taurus fans from the junkyard $65 for both, temp switch $35, Misc small parts $10 and it's installed. Oh, forgot the new belt since your gonna be able to use a shorter one now.

it all depends on how much you tow. electric fans will not keep up when you tow heavy. so keep that in mind.

The kit I have will flow 5500cfm so that should be enough to keep it cool. I have not got them on the truck yet tho.
