Hey guys, new to the site and diesels in general. My brother (rosco on this site) has a cummins and got me interested so i traded my jeep in for a 99. i am wanting to put in gauges pretty soon and eventually a chip stacks and so on. I was looking at the bullydog watchdog for gauges. it is cheaper than a gauge setup would be, and does a lot more. What do you guys think or what should i go with.

Quad Adrenaline with pulse monitor would give ya every thing you need in one. Never ran the BullyDog stuff so I can't help ya there

I would also look at the Edge Juice with Attitude. The new CTS Screen should be ready to ship sometime next month and its bada$$. You can upgrade to the CTS if you already have the EJWA.

i'm not wanting to spend that much right now. later i would like to do the edge juiced with attitude stacked with a smarty. Right now i mainly just want the bully dog for gauges. does the watch dog really change much or is it just basically cool gauges for 200$. to me thats better than the a pillar with three gauges that cost over 300$ and don't monitor as much

right now i'm looking at either the quadzilla adrenaline or the edge attitude. I wouldn't have enough for the juice for a little bit but i would add it later... is anyone for or against any of these...any other ideas staying under 600 bucks? i would like to be around 300 bucks.

find a used jwa they are out there. you don't need to stack a smarty with it waste of money for less power and top end

have not found anything for used chips. like i said right now my main looking for is some type of gauge set up for egt and boost. i like the attitude monitor as my brother has it, but i like how much the bullydog watchdog has..anyone have any experience with it?

good luck finding something good for under 600 bucks. i picked mine up used with a new monitor and i ended up paying to get them "reflashed" so they would match up. for 200 bucks more i could have gotten a brand new one that had more featurs. save your money and get one new, and something that you want. don't settle with "something for now" cause you just waist more money then if you would just wait. pluse you think that you will be happy with it, but you wont, it will just make you wish you had something that you actually wanted. personally i am satisfied with my juice, i have seem people stack them with a smarty and the only thing that i noticed was it smoked a whole lot more, which is fine if you just want smoke, but for the money you could just buy a used cloged air filter to make it smoke. be a whole lot cheapier then a smarty.
