The seal on the connector tube is designed to leak, I often see heat marks on the injector bodies from this, the return port is right above the connector tube inlet on the injector body. There is a rifling in the head where the banjo on the rear of the head connects to returning the fuel to the tank. The o-ring on the injector body seperates engine oil from this rifling, and fuel from reaching the valvetrain area.

I've noticed sometimes in different ads for injectors where they say if you have a 98.5 and serial number blah blah and lower that you may need different tubes. I'm not sure what's different but somebody must know something?
