W/all the right parts it doesnt take too long, a good weekend project if you have all the parts and tools in place. You're gonna need a new front cover, injectors, injector lines, etc. Ive heard that getting em tuned and the timing right is the hardest thing to do.

Injectors that work with the VP44 will work for a P 7100 (up to a certain level of hp).

I was under the impression that due to the pressure differences of the two pumps that vp44 injectors would not work on a Ppumped truck. I may be misinfomed, but you may know your stuff better than me, ive never actually done a conversion myself.

Haisley has a kit, it doesn't have everything you need but will get you started. If you're serious about doing this I would call them or Scheid.

I just said that they would work, But yes they really should be pop tested and have the pressures adjusted, depending on how the pump is set up. Usually 8-15 per injector to get them checked and reset vs 100-150 for all new. The reason 12v have bigger holes is they are 5 hole vs 7.
