Well sometimes, most of the sets over 125k need to pop-tested to see if they still work good.

So I take it you have at least some 100s... Well its just part of it with jammers.

Not even close, I did a set of 9mm nozzles for a member here, almost 300K on them, fired like they were new, I've seen injectors from "others" with new nozzles in worse condition.

I fix a lot of injectors, not just sell injectors, the truth is the truth. This could be a sticky, but there is quite a bit of misinformation already, leading it to be found in the Fiction section.

4-5 hole injector taking the lope away, in a 24v application? Jammers love to lope, there are a few other reasons, but that becomes a bit technical.

I ran 110's, 200's, and 250's with no lope.

When I read this I thought there was going to more info on like hp specs with each brand injector on a same truck. Or some real world testing of injectors with smoke egt's, and all that kind of stuff. Jammers advertise a lot, but seem to be lacking when you put in same size injector from say ddp or mach. Head to head testing would be awesome.

Well when I get a chance to do one but its most likely not even worth it because it wont be to par with westons standard. The whole reason for doing this was to help to explain what goes wrong with injectors when they wear out and how to fix that by replacing the nozzles.
