ok i guess thats good to hear cuz mine is looping just enough to make it kick a little with the adrenaline on lvl 10. Course could be my tune as well... adr3000 ... guess ill have to play a little, see what happens. Wasnt sure if it was the nozzles or what...

The adr wouldnt cause that much of a lope even on "10" its the jammers that doing most if not all of it.

How are you checking flow rates? I hope your not just letting pop pressure dictate if they are "right" or not.

A better picture of a new and used pintle from a 24v VCO application.



The pin height above the nozzle body is what alters the opening pressure, the variance between nozzles is the reason they should be reset.



The difference between the two pictured was 0.002", this would equate to ~ 10BAR difference in opening pressure between the two with no other alterations.

Am I missing something here?...
Why are the pops on the 24v injectors in this document set at 310bar?.

Brand new complete 24v injectors from Bosch open @ 300BAR, 10BAR won't make much of a difference.
