nice writeup. My thoughts, If your going to send the injector off to be pop tested, Why bother changing the nozzles yourself? Barring the slim chance that your pop off pressures did not change, they will have to remove the nozzle anyways.
Unless of course you can pop test them and shim them yourself.

If somebody isn't happy with this write up there is always room for another, feel free to jump in and make a better one.
Personally I'm just glad to finally have one even if some of the minute details may be questionable. If you already know enough to know those details then this article probably won't be of any use to you anyway.
