Default Head studs and o-rings

Would it be alright to go ahead and have the head o-ringed first and then add head studs later? Also which type of head gasket should I put back on the one thats already on it, a new factory gasket, or a marine head gasket? I need yalls opinions on this matter to throwem at me. By the way does $350 sound about right to have the head o-ringed with a new resurfacing and how long does it take to have the head o-ringed.

Thanks in advance

Andrew
