Default Dodge Cummins Breather Kit

I was searching for some things for my when I happend to run across a breather kit to replace the old puck tube and was wondering if any of yall have seen it, tried it, and do yall think it would be something to invest in. Heres the website I found it on: http://www.purecummins.com/catalog/p...s-breather.php
Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated

Andrew

You can do the same thing for $15-20. Dont waste your money on that.

That's a butt load a money for not much benefit here. The first time you forget to drain it your gonna have a huge mess to clean up before it's ever gonna work again and I can see that filter cloggin up pretty quick by virtue of where it's located on the front of the engine where the fan is suckin up all the dust and debris.

In the end, if this is just money burnin a hole then it looks cool so go for it. But if this is taken money away from somethin else it just looks like a waste of time and money to me. All it is, is an air/water separator for an air compressor that has been fitted with an additional filter.

All you have to do is get a 3/4" hose barb (union) and extend your hose down, and then dump into a bottle.

Or, you could do something like this:

Dont really have alot of drainage just a drip here a drip there. I was just wondering if the product was really any good and worth the money, but come to think about the thread Dr. Evil posted was the original thing I had planned on doing just forgot about it and then I happend to run across this and was like woth it or not. Deffinitly not worth it thanks for saving me from making a mistake guys
