i'd go with the 62, i ran a 62/71/14 s300 for the better part of a year and loved it as a street turbo. it spooled really well and towed great. I came across a smokin deal on a super phat shaft 66 that i couldn't pass up and i was wanting a 2.6 charger anyways.

 

I have had great luck with my HT 62-13 turbo, it has the spool up of a 12cm and the top end of the 14. Right now i can max out my boost at around 36-37 psi
