ok my dads truck is a 98 24-valve, II HRVP-44, quad adr, formula 1 mach 6++ (235hp) injectors, fass, smarty, and source automotive twins using an II ps62 as a top, s400 bottom.

now the question...with adr on 10 (1000 tune) and smarty on 8, it smokes before the turbos light but after they light, absolutely positively no smoke. i havent tried any other tunes in it, but i would have thought with that amount of fuel, this thing would have at least a haze, i may be wrong...

just a little curious since we rly didnt gain anything at the track going from a sps66 to the twins....

I'm guessing EGT's went down quite a bit with the twins if nothing else. With my setup, I barely have a haze at full load once the twins spool up. It's nice running efficiently!

 

ok i was just wondering. we lost 2 tenths at the track putting them on tho. we went from 55 psi to 75psi. egts dont go over 1200 now tho which is more than i can say for my truck...

spoolup is amazing too.

 

might need more bottom turbo.
