I'm with 01QC. I think 375 / 750 to 800 is likely reasonable. Breaking 400 is not as simple as one might think but if you can get rubber to hit the road (ie I don't know what the trans is good for) then you could be there. my truck has 150 HP sticks, a smarty, a COMP, air intake, exhaust manifold and 4" exhaust and because my clutch doesn't like me it is about 375 on a good day. Also, without any sort of turbo mod you will be seeing higher temps with that fuel increase and again, this causes issues when trynig to put the power to the ground.

wyatt, i would think that you would be higher than 375hp. I did 435hp with 125 jammers, quad adr, and hx35. I did have my SBC 3600DD though. I know that a trans or clutch plays a major role in layin down the power.

There is the difference - a clutch. I can probably make way higher than 440 but I can't get it to the tires so it really doesn't matter much.

Depends on the parts used in the rebuild. Id say throw a different turbo on there and you would be over 400hp.
