On the intake side it won't lower the heat much at all. On the exhaust side you can see about 200 F pre-turbo if you've got some sticks in there already. If not, again not much difference.
Personally, if I was to do it all again, I'd invest in a set of twins right away. Sure it's $$ but doing what I've done and still trying to do the build twins myself crap just doesn't work if you don't have time to dedicate to it.

I like my CFM. I can't tell you if it made a difference or not, as I installed my 150s at the same time, but I do like the fact that it has 3 ports already tapped, which most of them do. I don't think you can go wrong with either the CFM or the ATS. Styling is why I went with the CFM over the rest.
