got an airdog 150 and installed it last weekend, it said 15psi on the pump but would hold 18 psi at idle and about 14psi wot, this lasted about 10mi. and it dropped to about 12psi at idle but doesn't drop below 11psi wot, its been this way for a week now with no change so i think the regulator may have just been stuck.

it might have came with a stiffer spring in the kit.do you still have the factory filter canister hooked up?i have the airdog fp100 and it idle's at 15lbs,cruise at 14,and 12 wot.

Nope, I got out of the USN in 1988.

I am very lucky, I fix and do tech support on some very expensive toys that are used all over the world.
