yea some, i have a superchip in my truck and it doesnt spool very fast in the lower rpms

Id spend money on a stronger box right now than injectors. Look at a Quadzilla Adrenaline.

I agree I think the superchip is your issue. my stock turbo and my edge had like 0 lag. Unless your trans is slipping or something.. what trans do you have?

Only if you are blowing it open now, And even then, that's not necessarily a bad thing. If drive pressures are that high, it's okay to have the gate forced open.
