well I think its more like we will not hesitate to take it back if you are not happy with it
it takes time to send one out and restock it so i don`t blame anyone for a charge like that

So do I take it that you intend to compete directly with the Smarty retailers? The Distributor is going to go into the pockets of those that have helped you sell this product? Cause I don't think many vendors can afford to give back everything and then some unless they raped the customer the first time. And since I imagine the margins are tight from an ever growing dealer base, I don't know how they could afford to do so with all the credit card fees, ect. Of course, some dealers probably get a better cost, but that's neither here nor there.

And then there's the Ebay sellers, but I know you'll just discount product to keep them out of the market....
