from experience, i bought a HR when my SO went bad. Than i started adding more mods and the HR didnt last very long. Still using it now, but its a matter of time before it go boom

mine works good but its a monster stage 1 and it really dont have a bad idle lope to it. Works good and my mpg did go up. So i would say that the biggest difference between them is the cam inside the pump is what makes the difference.
